RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you have ordered from our online shop, we provide a quick and uncomplicated ’7-day return/exchange’ policy to its customers. You can return or exchange any item and avail refund within 7 days from the date of delivery

Important Message

Kindly make sure the item to be returned is unused, unwashed and has all the original tags as provided with the original packaging

An item purchased from SAPIENS can be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of shipment. The entire refund amount will be credited to your SAPIENS credit or your bank account.

once you place a request for a refund/ exchange, our logistic partner will pick the item within 3days.

Package the product in the same package, and paste the return slip containing all the order details. (The delivery package contains a return slip).

Please make sure that you take a confirmation slip of the pickup from the pickup boy,

Once the package reaches our warehouse the product will go through a quality check and the return will be accepted.

Once the return is accepted, the refund is initiated and completed within 24-48hrs.

Refunds may take up to 3-4 days to process depending upon your bank's policies. Please be patient.
