Exchanges and Returns

What is your return, exchange or refund policy?

We want to make sure you're happy with your product. That is why we offer a 7-day exchange or return policy from the time we ship out your order.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the tags.

How much time will it take to ship the replacement product?

The replacement of your product can take up to 4-5 days to ship.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

We will gladly exchange an item within 7 days after we ship you the product only if it is unused.

Once the product is returned when can I expect a refund?

Once we receive the product we will process the refund as soon as possible. but the refund may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect in your account

Washcare

Are there any special instructions for washing SAPIENS apparels?

we recommend washing SAPIENS Apparel in cold water with a mild detergent only (no bleach or no other additives). Then you may machine dry on medium heat, but do not add any fabric sheets or other softeners. Do not wring dry. Do not dry clean. (We suggest you iron the apparel after wash)

Can SAPIENS be dry cleaned?

No, dry cleaning will harm your apparel properties.

Can your product iron without damaging the apparel properties?

Yes! Ironing is not a problem

How many wash cycles can SAPIENS go through before it loses its stain, liquid, and odor repelling properties?

The garments industry estimates that cotton has an average life of 30 to 40 washes. Since you don’t need to wash our products as often as other clothing, and if you follow our care instructions when you wash, we estimate that our product can last up to 35-40 washes.
(The product properties may have a chance of decreasing slightly 20-30%)

What do I do if something gets on my clothing?

If something gets on your garment the best thing to do is to try and rinse it with water or gently wipe it off with a tissue. Do not rub the affected area as this will force it into the fabric. If this does leave a mark then wash the item per our washing instructions, which will get your SAPIENS Apparel looking fresh and new again.

Is SAPIENS technology safe?

The core technology of SAPIENS is manufactured following skin safety standards for sustainably. Our product does not contain any kind of harmful chemicals that can leach into your skin.

What makes your product different from other clothing that claims to be repellent?

While most, if not all, other clothing claiming to be repellent are blended with petroleum-based synthetic materials (nylon, polyester, etc.), our Apparel is 100% natural premium cotton, our trade secret patent-pending technology, allows us to create natural fabrics and clothing that repel stains, liquids, and odors, and have them retain the natural feel, soft touch, and breathability that most of us prefer.

Will your Apparel repel and not absorb every single type of stain, dirt or liquid?

our Apparel absolutely perfect? Of course not, nothing is. Our product will repel only water based spills like accidentally spill wine, coffee, or other liquid on your pristine product, it’s probably a good idea to sprinkle a few water drops on it, or just flick it off.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you have ordered from our online shop, we provide a quick and uncomplicated ’7-day return/exchange’ policy to its customers. You can return or exchange any item and avail refund within 7 days from the date of delivery

Important Message

Before you return/exchange our product, please contact our Customer care team by either calling at +91 938 023 0169 or emailing at support@thesmartsapiens.com

Kindly make sure the item to be returned is unused, unwashed and has all the original tags as provided with the original packaging

An item purchased from SAPIENS can be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of shipment. The entire refund amount will be credited to your SAPIENS credit or your bank account.

once you place a request for a refund/ exchange, our logistic partner will pick the item within 3days.

Package the product in the same package, and paste the return slip containing all the order details. (The delivery package contains a return slip).

Please make sure that you take a confirmation slip of the pickup from the pickup boy,

Once the package reaches our warehouse the product will go through a quality check and the return will be accepted.

Once the return is accepted, the refund is initiated and completed within 24-48hrs.

Refunds may take up to 3-4 days to process depending upon your bank's policies. Please be patient.

Please note: Accessories like socks, belts & innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned
